About the event

Federal cannabis legalization is imminent. The Motley Fool estimates that in 2023, Texas left $397,424,206 in tax revenue on the table. Frontier Data reports that legal cannabis sales will top $35 billion in 2023 and by 2030, sales predictions top $70B.

You better believe the eyes of Texas are on cannabis friendly states right now! There's enormous opportunity and virtually unlimited earning potential for the cannabis industry in the lone star state - at the moment.

It's not outlandish to believe Texas truly may a tipping point for the cannabis industry. Texas is geographically the second largest state in the U.S., the second largest in population and consistently ranked as a top agriculture/crop producer. As of January 2023, nearly 70% of native Texans support recreational cannabis legalization - frankly, political affiliations are  hardly relevant when looking at the enormous potential that the cannabis industry will bring to Texas. It's true, everything is bigger in Texas, whether it's the burgers, the trucks or the hair, everything is larger than life! So why expect anything less than a larger than life cannabis boom?

Cannabis is a lot like Bitcoin, if you weren't onboard when crypto became an entirely new form of currency, you're already behind.

Who should attend?

  • Investors prepared to dive into the emerging cannabis industry
  • Cannabis entrepreneurs seeking capital
  • Cannabis professionals in or expanding into Texas

For investors seriously considering taking on the cannabis industry, particularly the Texas cannabis industry, and looking for a sign - here it is! Hear from successful cannabis entrepreneurs, experienced cannabis investors, cannabis policy makers from all over the U.S., industry thought leaders and international advisors on a variety of topics any experienced investor takes into account before signing the dotted line.

To put this into perspective...

Missouri entered the recreational cannabis arena in February 2023 and as of May, the state surpassed $1B in sales - the original projection for the entire year. Missouri also saw a 350% spike in cannabis industry-related jobs, swiftly eclipsing all other state markets' job growth.

Currently, Texas does have a medicinal marijuana program, but how much longer can policy makers afford to leave that additional tax revenue from recreational cannabis businesses?  The collective opinion of native Texans on cannabis speaks for itself with recent studies from the University of Texas and the University of Houston stating over 67% of residents support cannabis legalization.

Mark your calendars and hear how Texas might tip the scales in the cannabis industry!
